The Basics
What is Think Intern?
Think Intern gives you the tools you need to power your
internship search. From our massive reach of internship
opportunities to features like saving important dates and
favorite searches, our mission is to make finding an
internship not feel like a full-time job.

Is Think Intern free?
Think Intern is free for students! You can use anything on
the website free of charge.
Is Think Intern only for internships?
As the name implies, we only do internships. There are
enough places on-line that do jobs and we're working hard to
be the number one destination for internships.
Can you find me an internship?
No. Think Intern is a tool to help you find internships on
your own.
However, InternNYC is an all-inclusive internship program
based in New York City. The program includes internship
placement, summer housing, transportation, social
activities, and many other extras. Check it out!
Why should I create an account?
With an account, you can save internships for later, save
searches to quickly see if any new internships are posted,
save articles and videos, and add important events so you
won't forget an upcoming application deadline or interview.
Additionally, we can recommend new internships, articles,
and news specifically targeted to you.
How do I register?
Registering for an account is easy and takes less than a
minute. Go the homepage to get started.
Do I need an account to use Think Intern?
No way - but we highly recommend it. You can search for
internships and access all of our resources without an
account. When you're logged-in, we give you the ability to
save internships, articles, videos, events, and more! Plus,
with an account, we can recommend internships, articles, and
news specifically targeted to you.

My Account
Help! I can't log in!
Don't worry - we're here to help you. If you're having
trouble with your account, drop us a line at
contact@thinkintern.com
and our tech gurus with solve the problem.
Help! I forgot my password!
We're all a little forgetful sometimes - but we can take
care of you. When you go to sign-in page, just click "forgot
my password" and we can send you a new one to you via your
e-mail. This new password will be gibberish so be sure to
change it back to one you'll remember!
How do I save internships?
You can save internships 2 ways:
1. On the general search results page - there is an icon on
the right side of each posting - just click "save it" and
we'll add it to your account.
2. While looking at an individual internship posting - in
the header, there is an option to "save it".
You must have an account to save internships.
How do I save a search query?
On the search results page, above the listings, there is a
button called "Save Search". The exact "What + Where"
combination of your search will be added to your account for
the future. This way, you can quickly repeat your favorite
searches to see what's new. You must have an account to save
searches.
How do I save articles and videos?
You can save articles with the "Save it" button at the top
and bottom of every article. For videos, we have a "Save it"
button on the right side of every video. You must have an
account to save articles and videos.
How do I schedule an event?
When you're in "My Account" - there is a box called "Add an
Event". Simply add the event name, date, time, and notes,
and then it will be automatically added to your calendar and
events list. You can access your events list in both the
homepage and "My Account". You must have an account to
schedule an event.
How can I give feedback?

Think Intern Magazine
How do I get a copy of the magazine?
Visit your school's career center. Think Intern Magazine is
available at over 150 colleges and universities across the
country. Additionally, each of the 40+ INROADS offices
nationwide received copies too.
No luck at your school? Well... we're just about out of copies
of the 2008-2009 edition of Think Intern Magazine. We might
have a few hanging around so send us an e-mail at

to get one.
Can I embed a copy on my website or blog?
Of course! We have multiple sizes of the e-magazine
available for linking and embedding. If you want more
details or want the code to embed it, drop us a line at
